By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

What this website is

This site describes the work of Monvalen Holdings Limited and its operating units, and provides information about our frameworks and services. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an inquiry does not create a contract between us.

Nothing on this site is professional legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Decisions about your organization or your income remain yours, and you should take qualified advice where the stakes warrant it.

The free assessment tools

The free stages of the apps (Gauge in the IIE, Explore in the SIE) and the Gauge stage report are educational tools. They reflect back the options you select and the words you type. They do not assess, score, rate or validate you or your organization, and their output is not a recommendation.

Our frameworks are planning structures, not guarantees. They do not guarantee income, employment, customers, sales, profitability or business success. Results depend on capability, effort, market demand, pricing, competition, resources, economic conditions and execution, most of which are outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Impact-to-Income Engine™ (IIE™), the Skill-to-Income Engine™ (SIE™), the GROWTH™ Framework and Decision Suite, the EARN™ Framework, the tool names within them, and the associated methodologies and original content are proprietary intellectual property of Monvalen Impact Partners and Monvalen Holdings Limited, except where otherwise indicated.

All text, design, graphics, logos and code on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by the Copyright Act 2001 and other applicable law.

You may:

• read and use this site for your own information
• use the free tools for personal or internal organizational reflection and planning
• print or save individual pages for that purpose

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, adapt or translate our content, frameworks or tools
• incorporate them into another publication, training product or service
• use them for organizational training, facilitation or licensing
• exploit them commercially in any form
• use our names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or association

Organizational, institutional, training, facilitation, licensing, adaptation and commercial use all require appropriate authorization. Contact info@monvalen.co.ke to discuss it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to facilitate anything unlawful
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related system
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it
• submit anything through our forms that is false, abusive, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights
• submit someone else's personal data without their knowledge

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organization's site, we do so because it may be useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data.

No warranties

We take reasonable care over this site, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
